This website is run by BRANDAYU ("we", "us"), a digital agency based in Delhi NCR, Faridabad, NCR Region. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and collect only what we need to reply to you and improve our website.
What we collect
- Details you send us: your name, phone number, email address, the service and budget you choose and your message, when you fill in an enquiry form.
- How you found us: the page you sent the form from, the website that referred you and campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source). This tells us which pages and channels work.
- Usage data: if analytics is turned on, Google Analytics records anonymous information such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, using cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email and prepare a quote.
- To deliver and support any project you hire us for.
- To understand which pages and marketing channels bring enquiries, so we can improve the site.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored securely in our business accounts (for example Google Workspace and our email provider). These providers may store data on servers outside India. They process it on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months afterwards in case you come back to us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client project records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email info@brandayu.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website still works without them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
